Food Temperature Quality Control Recording System.

ThermaCheck is a portable temperature recording system for helping with HACCP compliance within the Food Industry.
Its simple set up and download procedure from your PC allows easy analysis and storage of your temperature data and eliminates
the need to use traditional paper based systems.

You program ThermaCheck with a database of information about your temperature checking requirements. For example you may have a series of locations or process points where temperature has to be measured by an inspector at certain intervals. You can record these locations in the data base along with High/low alarm levels for each location. Each location is identified by name on the screen and they appear in the order they are to be checked. Your inspector will now follow the 'route' of locations programmed into the unit. At each location the temperatures will be recorded along with any alarm indications and the exact time of day (There is a real time clock which built in).

The database has space for up to 10000 measurements. It can store date for up to 200 different products and 20 different users and 20 different 'locations' or 'processes'
