Introduction to the Smart1 digital refractometer
This Smart1 is a mid range laboratory digital refractometer with an accuracy of 0.05% for the full Brix range 0 - 95% The instrument includes the concentration scales for Brix, Inverted Sugar and High Fructose Corn syrup.  The instrument is easily zeroed with distilled water. The sample well is easily wiped clean and the sample volume can be as little as as a couple of droplets. Automatic temperature compensation is included. The instrument is designed for routine production and laboratory use and includes an RS232 data port ready for use with a serial printer or connection to a PC.
