O2 oxygen
monitor Portable and battery operated the
Oxyweld is
convenient instrument for checking oxygen concentrations in
purge gases. The instrument samples the oxygen, with the
built in pump, when the sample button is pressed. The instrument is factory
calibrated with certified gases and can be re-calibrated from atmospheric
oxygen by the user. Periodic calibration with a zero and span
gas of oxygen concentrations
is recommended. ( This service is available from Topac ). Many
high specification welding applications require monitoring a
residual oxygen level measured in the ppm oxygen range -
typically between 20 and 200 ppm. Hand held oxygen analyzers
like the Oxyweld are not accurate enough for such
