The
Monitor 5 is a small, handheld radiation detector
which offers excellent sensitivity with its large thin window located in
the back of the instrument. The thin window GM detector provides good
sensitivity to alpha, beta, low energy gamma and x-rays. The analog readout is displayed with a red count light and
a
beeper sounds with each count detected.
The optional tri-scale meter shows CPS, mR/hr and uSv/hr.
