H-93 is a new member of the H-50 and H-80 series. With a measurement range
from 53.0 to 93.0% even
high Brix and boiled samples can be measured with the
H-93. H series Hand-held refractometers are superior to
standard models in terms of heat resistance and can be
used for measuring Brix of hot samples such as jam, marmalade
and sauce in the boiling process. The prism is made of
corrosion resisting tempered glass that inhibits corrosion
by acid. |

The
H-50/H-80 hand refractometer is superior to conventional
ones in heat resistance. The H-50/H-80 hand refractometer
is developed for measuring such high-temperature samples
at their respective production sites. Moreover, the
H-50/H-80 has a longer service life as compared with
conventional types because its prism is made of corrosion
resisting tempered glass.
*When you drip boiling or extremely hot sample onto prism
surface, sample temperature must be kept under 100°C

samples, ambient and sample temperatures, working
