| The Scie-Plas MultiCaster can cast up to ten 10 x 10 cm
sized uniform single percentage gels or gradient gels at any one time.
Gels can be poured either as gradient gels with the hose connected to the bottom inlet port of the front plate, or as standard polyacrylamide gels from the top of the casting chamber with a pipette.
Separation sheets allow easy separation of the gels after casting.
Gels can be stored refrigerated for several months.
Scie-Plas Gel Casting Systems are complimented by a large variety of combs and spacers, resulting in the widest choice of gel thickness and sample number available. Combs can be custom made to your specifications at little extra cost. |
