Introduction
The digital salt-meter, is a an easy method for determining the salinity of a variety of products. A small quantity of sample is dripped into the funnel-shaped sensor well and the instrument measures the salt % of a sample. Only a small sample volume is needed to get an accurate measurement ~ 1.0 ml
Applications
Ideal for soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcester sauce, squeezed juice of pickles, etc
